Ingredients
1.5 glass of pearl barley
1 courgette
1 / 2 kg of carrot
goat’s cheese – Camembert or cottage cheese can be in the amount according to the preferences
small piece of ginger
brown sugar or honey
butter
We cook the pearl barley al dente in the rice machine. We peel the carrot and we cook it – also al dente. We fry courgette until it becomes transparent on the frying pan on the spoonful of oil. On the same frying pan we melt butter with the sugar or honey, we caramelize it with a few slices of ginger. We add the vegetables, we mix it up in such a way so the caramel surrounds them from each side. We put the vegetables on the pearl barley, we throw on the top the slices of the goat’s cheese. We serve it with home-made lemonade. Bon appétit!
