The authors will visit the festival and will tell about the phenomenon of the kibuttz cuisine. Also a culinary workshops will take place during the event. Malka Kafka this year will teach us cooking dishes of the Jewish cuisine from Yemen, Ethiopia, India. However an orthodox cantor Benzion Miller from Brooklyn will demonstrate a few dishes which are being prepared and eaten in bob over Hasid’s houses. This is not all when it comes to the festival events connected with cuisine. The catering group Głodne Kawałki and a Café Karma Coffee Roasters invite for culinary recipes stock exchange. It will be possible to bring recipes memorized from childhood, cookbooks and photographs. On the base of that there will be a blog created, or perhaps even a culinary book. And for a dessert there will be also a wine tasting and the presentation of wines from Jewish vineyards from the Golan Heights.
