A few kinds of nuts (we suggest hazelnuts, however we didn’t embrace it on the photo) we throw in a blender. We mix it calmly. At first a powder will come out, we continue grinding it , however we make breaks in order not to overheat a blender. After a certain time the dust will start getting wet. In the end we add a pinch of salt and if necessary a bit of the maple syrup. We eat it with the bread, best with brown, wholegrain or (the most healthy option) with fritters of the millet groats.
