Yellow:
- ½ mango
- 1 peach / nectarine
- 50 g of vanilla ice cream
Green:
- a handful of spinach / 1 stalk of kale
- 100 g pineapple
- a handful of sea-buckthorn berries / 1 tablespoon of puree or juice with sea buckthorn
- 1 teaspoon honey
- water
Pink:
- 3 strawberries
- a handful of raspberries
- a handful of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 3-4 basil leaves
- pinch of ground cumin (literally!)
- The principle of preparing cocktails is every time the same. Wash all ingredients before mixing them. If you use kale in the green one – cut the main nerve, which is hard and stringy. Before using fresh sea buckthorn – it’s good to remove it from twigs, freeze it in the freezer, which also will increase its taste.
- Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. It can’t get any simpler, in this case it is a huge advantage. What is important – such cocktails offer great possibilities and you can use your own favorite ingredients.
