Ingredients:
- Fresh ginger, peeled and washed
- 40 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml dry vermouth
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- 30 ml good quality cranberry juice
Directions: press fresh ginger at the bottom of the shaker, pour in all ingredients, add ice and shake. Pour into glass without ice, decorate with dry cranberries or slice of ginger. The glass: coupette, cocktail or martini glass.
