We have a pleasure to invite you to the Scandinavian Day at Mysia 3 Shopping Centre on Saturday, June 18.

We will gather on this occasion carefully selected exhibitors presenting most interesting items from the North of Europe. Minimalist ceramics, natural wood, accessories in pastels, designer clothes, watches and jewellery will cast a spell on Mysia 3 turning it into the Little Scandinavia.

 

Programme:

 

11.00 – Opening of the event for the public

11.00 -13.00 – Workshops for children

13.00 – The Classics of Modernity – Scandinavia’s 20th century design, a lecture by Józef Mrozek,  Head of the Department of History and Theory of Design at the Faculty of Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

14.00 – Sex, Socialism, Stillness – why is the Scandinavian fashion doomed to succeed? answers Piotr Zachara, journalist and lecturer at the School of Form in Poznan

15.00 – Ania Orłowska and Mateusz Lipiński from Komplet store talk about their excursions to Skagen peninsula in search of the jewels of the Danish design and renovation.
