For the first time in Poznań one can find in one place the best Polish wine makers and high quality cheese producers of small cheese factories.
One may familiarize with Polish wines and its makers while Polish wines tasting with a comment of the founders of the Polish vineyards. (Srebrna Góra, Pałac Mierzęcin, Adoria, Winnica Płochockich, Winnica Sandomierska).
The meeting will be conducted by Tomasz Prange- Barczyński , a chief editor of Wino Magazine. On the other hand, the Polish farmstead cheese will be a subject of culinary workshops that will be conducted by May Skorupska and Adam Turowiec. Their participants will prepare, among others, carpaccio from the beet with grilled cheese, an exquisit cheesecake with sesame – walnut pie crust and rustic galette with dumpling of the goat’s milk cheese and twith he spinach. The whole dy of workshops will be ended with an opening of Polish wines tasting and farmstead cheese under the supervision of Tomasz Prange-Barczyński.
