It’s time to safely park on the shoulder, climb up on the highest hill and to watch how above the Jurassic the sun rises. Then go ahead in any side. Every of local paths will surprise us. In the break of the walk we suggest to recover with a slow meal in the very heart of this place. Black below the ground, white on the top.
Pancakes sprinkled with coal
The dough:
- 1 glass of the flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 50 g of yeast
- 1 ⁄ 3 glass of the milk
- 2 spoonfuls of the olive oil
- pinch of the rosemary, the oregano and the caraway
- nigella spice
- white of the egg
Black paste:
- 1 glass of black olives without stones
- 2 spoonfuls of the olive oil
- pepper
- fist of the fresh basil
We combine the flour with the salt, we spread gently the yeast in the milk. We make the whole with the addition of herbs, then we put it away to grow for about 15 minutes. We blend the olives with oil and the basil, we add the pepper. We roll the cake up, shaping circles about 0.5 cm thick. A Part of the pies we grease with black paste, another part – with the white and we sprinkle it with the nigella spice. We bake it for 10-12 minutes in temperature of 220 Celsius degrees.
