POPCORN FOR BREAKFAST


Ingredients:

  • 250 g of the freshly prepared popcorn
  • 300 g of water
  • 300 g + 50 g of the coconut milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of goji berries
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of almonds
  • 3 big dates
  • 6 tablespoons of the maple syrup

We heat up the frying pan and on average fire we roast the almonds. Next, we break them into big pieces. We cut the dates diagonally into thin sticking plasters. We bring the water, 300 g of the coconut milk and the salt to the boil. We add the fresh made popcorn and we cook it for 5 minutes and then we  press it through a sieve. We heat it and right before serving we are pour 50 g of the coconut milk. We put it over the bowls, we pour it with the maple syrup and we  sprinkle it with almonds, dates and  goji berries.
