Who doesn’t remember it? Since Kraków has a new station, the old historic building stood empty. It was supposed to be a cinema, but in the meantime Breakfast Market, known from Warsaw, Tri-City, Poznan and Wroclaw, takes the reins, at least on weekends. For our guests and exhibitors we have 1300 m2 of historic interiors and more than 900 m2 of platform preserved as part of the station says Krzysztof Cybruch, initiator and organizer of the Market. This space we want to fill with healthy food, produced by traditional methods from dozens of exhibitors from Małopolska and other parts of the country. Shopping propose that will satisfy the most demanding palate. In addition to the standard range of bread, milk, meats, dairy products, pastes, bulk products, fruits, vegetables and others, will also find products from around the world. We are creating a wide range of culinary delights prepared by small culinary concepts, manufactures, and Kraków’s and Małopolska’s restaurants. With the comfort of the guests in mind there will be created on the Retro Platform one of the largest dining rooms in this part of Poland, in which hundreds of guests will spend time at breakfast or lunch in the company of friends and loved ones with delicious aromatic coffee. Breakfast Market explains Cybruch is not just cooking. During the week we invite everybody to exhibitions and shows, concerts and performances, animation for children, culinary workshops, upcycling workshops, alternative cosmetics workshops, meetings with nutritionists and experts in many fields. Before us a festival of visual arts and new technologies and complementary festival events, which are the hallmarks of Kraków. In addition there will be meetings with authors, with history and many other activities.
