He cut his teeth at Filtry and Kofi Brand in Warsaw, and later roasted and brewed coffee at Koppi and Lilla Kafferosterie in Sweden. He spent the next few years as head barista and roaster at Hałas. Now he’s opened Mała—a café located in Praga, connected to the Teso roastery. It’s a fully thought-out, original business venture. We talk with Jakub Poręcki about his vision for specialty coffee and what’s happening in the coffee industry today.
