Ingredients:
- 2 mid-sized bananas
- 2 handfuls of coconut flakes
- 1 big orange
- coconut sugar, as much as you like
- 100 g butter + a bit for the tray
Cut bananas lengthwise and put them in a baking tray greased with butter. Drizzle them with freshly squeezed orange juice and melted butter and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bake in 200 degrees in an oven for about 10 minutes.¡buen provecho!
