We melt half a glass of sugar on the frying pan on the average fire, we squeeze a few drops of lemon. When the sugar will begin to melt we will start gently mixing up, guarding so that caramel doesn’t burn. We add a few flowers of rubbed in fingers dried lavender. When the sugar is already brown we pour it on paper on lavender twigs.
