September 2015
Together with the Polish Institutes and Polish Embassies we organised 4 dinners in the capitals of the Baltic Sea region: Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki and Stockholm. As a result of these dinners, there had been several dozen reports, hundreds of photos on blogs, Instagram and Facebook marked with #eatpoland. We gave away over 100 sets of Polish culinary products.
We presented meals that reflected the Polish art of cuisine of the 21st century: modern, light, drawing on the richness of history and nature. Our intention was to show how much you can learn about a country during a meeting at the table.
September 2016
This year’s edition will see another 4 dinners in the cities of the Visegrad Group countries and Germany: Prague, Bratislava, Budapest and Berlin. And they will be all cooked by distinguished chefs. Our guests this time are 100 diplomats, celebrities, journalists, chefs and culinary bloggers. They will all receive a carefully selected set of Polish products, which, at the same time, will be the ingredients of the menu.
The unique appeal of the dinner, the wonderful atmosphere of feasting together, the stories and presence of interesting craftsmen, who personally serve the guests – it is thanks to all these elements that we create unforgettable memories of the Polish cuisine.
The Project is co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
