If you have mastered the basic version, Mickey Rotten proposes a variation- beet added to the chocolate cake interestingly tweaks its taste. If you use coconut oil, it’s vegan. You can control the sweetness by pouring a sauce based on beer and brown sugar. Works refreshingly!

Due to the rainy weather we also have an abundance of mushrooms in our forest so it is time for a big mushroom picking. And finally, we can make a good use of a very healthy millet which gives a nutty fragrance to a dish when roasted.
