Nowy Teatr anew

Teatr Nowy has a new  premises. After over a year of rebuilding,  a modern theatre complex with a foyer and administrative buildings has been commissioned for use. The new season will see a very versatile artistic programme. USTA Magazine is proud to be media patron of Nowy Teatr - one of the best stages in Europe.

The architectural project: The project of modernising the old industrial halls and the administrative building was executed by Piotr Fortuna Architects from Gdynia. The main idea of the project was to preserve the character of the old industrial building. The interior was designed by stage designer Małgorzata Szczęśniak from Nowy Teatr, author of stage designs in all Krzysztof Warlikowski’s plays and by Łukasz Kwietniewski. The landscape project outside the building was  designed by Łukasz Kowalski and Karolina Samborska (La.Wa Studio).
