We have good news. Je Sus comes back in a new and feminine version as Nadzieja (Eng. Hope). Ewelina Gracz is in charge of the kitchen and Agnieszka Owsiany designed the beautiful, minimalistic interior. We paid a visit to Nadzieja and we met both ladies to learn how this inspiring place was brought to life.

Happa to mame cafe in the district of Jeżyce is wonderfully spacious yet minimalistic. They serve traditional Japanese sweets – all the daifuku, dango and dorayaki are hand-made and home-made. They are accompanied by matcha-based drinks. It would be hard no find another place so thoroughly Japanese in Poland.

Together we have prepared a series of events “Eye on…” which took place in Wrocław, Poznań, and Tricity. We also worked together on a beautiful, designer PURO Planner. PURO is growing rapidly with a new hotel due to be opened this year in Krakow’s Kazimierz and some more events coming, including next event taking place this spring in Poznań.

Just at the entrance, there is a little jungle with two armchairs hidden inside. You can hide in this green enclave to drink a perfect espresso or an aromatic drip, eat a home-made cake, freshly-baked pain au chocolat or a delicate cheesecake. 17 March 2016 PEOPLE, PLACESMin’s sandwiches Monika Brzywczy A new bistro-shop Min’s Onigiri has just opened in Poznań. It serves onigiri, rice triangles wrapped in nori. Yes! The famous Japanese “sandwiches”. What makes it even more attractive, the bistro is run by a Korean Sungmin Han and the interior of this small place has a modern design. The available onigiri combine Korean and Japanese culinary traditions, such as bibimbap flavour, kimchi or bulgogi beef . People are queuing in front of Min’s Onigiri and Min hardly keeps up with all the orders.
